Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Praha. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town Square, and the spacious room was a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. However, I did experience some noise issues at night, which hindered my sleep quality at times.

Rooms
8.0
My room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a magnificent bed that felt like it belonged in a castle. I did note some noise from the street at night, which affected my sleep (the walls seemed thick but not soundproof).
Service
10.0
The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They assisted me with luggage upon arrival and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location couldn't be better, right across from the Astronomical Clock, allowing me to enjoy the view from my room and breakfast. It was also easy to walk to major attractions from here.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was a good experience, with a beautiful setting and a great selection that often changed, though one day it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the others.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities were convenient for my needs, but I did find that room service was not always prompt. Overall, the hotel provided a lovely atmosphere with a historical charm.

5.0/10

My stay at Grand Hotel Praha was quite enjoyable with its amazing location in Old Town Square, right in front of the Astronomical Clock (the views were amazing!). However, I did encounter a few hiccups, such as a lack of clarity about room placements and some staffing issues at check-in. Overall, it's a charming place worth considering.

Rooms
9.0
I upgraded to a room with stunning views of both the astronomical clock and the church, but the layout was a bit unconventional (there was a long walk to our room, which wasn't actually in the main building). Overall, the room was spacious and traditional in style.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally helpful, assisting quickly with room keys and information about local excursions, though I did notice some inconsistencies with friendliness during check-in and check-out.
Location
10.0
The hotel’s location in the heart of the bustling Old Town Square was unbeatable, with easy access to many key attractions and dining options close by (I loved being right across from the Astronomical Clock!).
Dining
8.0
Breakfast at Cafe Mozart was good with a wealth of options, though I found it slightly hectic during peak times (it could use more organization). Still, the food itself was fresh and abundant.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel offered a range of amenities, the absence of tea/coffee making facilities in my room was quite disappointing (especially after a long day of exploring!). Access to room service in only the main building added to my minor frustrations.

I had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel Praha. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, with stunning views of the Astronomical Clock. However, I did experience some noise issues at times, especially during the early mornings. Overall, the experience was good, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious with a charming atmosphere, though it didn't match the glamorous photos I had seen. The ceiling was beautifully decorated, and I enjoyed the ample closet space. However, the heating was quite intense, making it sweltering at times.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, assisting with everything from luggage to local recommendations. I appreciated how they took the time to explain things upon my arrival and even provided a discount card for dining, which was a nice touch.
Location
10.0
You simply can't beat the location. Nestled right in front of the Astronomical Clock, I had easy access to all major attractions. While the busy square can be overwhelming at times, my room was serene enough for restful sleep.
Dining
10.0
Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, featuring a massive selection of both hot and cold dishes that changed daily. I loved starting my day with a meal in such a beautiful setting, right next to the iconic clock.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a variety of services, including room service and airport shuttles, which made my experience more convenient. Although the valet parking required a bit of a walk with luggage, this minor inconvenience didn't detract from my overall satisfaction.

I had a truly nice stay at the Grand Hotel Praha, where the stunning views of the Astronomical Clock enhanced my experience. The spacious rooms offered comfort amidst the bustling atmosphere of Old Town Square. However, the lack of an elevator and some minor issues with room amenities slightly detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist me, making my stay pleasant. However, I did face a minor issue regarding my room arrangement initially that needed clarification.
Location

The location is unbeatable, directly across from the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I loved being in the heart of everything, though the evenings could get a bit noisy due to the crowds.
Dining

Breakfast was quite a delight with a great selection and wonderful atmosphere, although I wished for a bit more variety on some days. The dining room's view was stunning, especially while enjoying morning coffee.
Facilities

The hotel offered excellent facilities, such as room service and transportation options. The absence of an elevator was challenging, especially for reaching the upper historical rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Praha, thanks to its fantastic location right across from the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. However, there were some small hiccups with service, especially upon check-in, where I felt the staff could have been more welcoming. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience.

Rooms
9.0
The room I stayed in was large and beautifully decorated, complete with a lovely bathroom having a separate bath and shower. However, it was a trek up the stairs, as there was no lift in the historical part of the hotel.
Service
7.0
While the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, I did encounter a rude receptionist at check-in, which was quite off-putting. Nevertheless, other staff members were attentive and provided assistance promptly.
Location

The location is just unbeatable, being right in the heart of Prague’s Old Town square. It's within walking distance to all major attractions, which really made my experience special.
Dining

Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, from delicious pastries to fresh fruits. Eating at Cafe Mozart with a view of the Astronomical Clock was a good way to start the day.
Facilities

The hotel offered numerous amenities such as room service and airport shuttles, making my stay comfortable. However, accessing my room involved navigating through several corridors and stairs.
